Standard Delivery
Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.79 for all orders under £35 and weighing less than 2kg. You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders which are over £35 and weigh less than 2kg. Delivery charges should automatically be calculated at the checkout if you experience any issues please contact us on:

Our main delivery partner is Royal Mail, but in some cases such as heavy packages or sending 2 or more aerosols we may choose one of our other courier services. We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched.
Orders outside Mainland UK may take longer.

We offer Express Delivery on many products, for this service you must select this option at the checkout. In most cases express delivery items ordered before 12.00PM will be delivered the next working day however it can take up to 2 working days in some cases.

Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as medicines, or anything that has a hygiene seal that has been broken. You have the right to reasonably inspect your items as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@prochemist.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pharmacy Medicine Orders
Please note that any orders that are found to be unsuitable will be cancelled at our discretion.
For orders of pharmacy only items we are legally required to ask you questions to ensure the product is suitable for use.
Please note due to the nature of the products we sell, we are sometimes unable to dispatch certain items to certain countries if there is any issues with your order someone will contact you by email to let you know.
